Alec Struve

Electrical and RF engineer building HF measurement and monitoring systems for Global HF Network, AVIX, and EarthCast Technologies. Kaizen RF Systems is the vehicle for engagements outside those primary roles — end-to-end HF work delivered as functioning, deployed systems.

A background as a military child brings resilience, ingenuity, and a diverse operating context to an industry overdue for meaningful advancement. Kaizen was founded to bring modern engineering practice — API-first, remote-first, continuously updated systems — into HF radio infrastructure that has too often stopped at the state of the art of decades ago.
